Ingredients (Family Pack – 8 to 10 Boneless Pork Chops)
Pork Chops
8–10 boneless pork chops ( boneless thin, boneless ribeye, or preferred)
2 tsp salt
1½ tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1½ tsp paprika
1 tsp CWT all-purpose Chicken seasoning or poultry seasoning (optional but recommended) https://cookingwithtammy.shop/product...
1 tsp chicken bouillon
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter

Flour Dredge
1 cup all-purpose flour + 1 tsp of salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chicken bouillon, and CWT all-purpose chicken seasoning.
*Reserve some of the seasoned flour for the gravy.

Onion Gravy
3 large onions, thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp flour (use some of the seasoned flour)
3½ cups chicken broth (warm)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp browning sauce (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or thyme (optional garnish)

Best Served With
White rice or mashed potatoes
Leftover collard greens
Buttered cabbage or green beans
