Kryukov Railway Car Building Works is widely known in Ukraine and abroad as one of the largest transport engineering enterprises. Long-standing cooperation with the country's metros, which began with the development of the production of spare parts and components for metro cars and escalators, later served as the basis for the creation of a new production area at the enterprise - the development and manufacture of products for metro systems.
Following the wishes of the Ukrainian subways, the plant's staff in record time created an original design of tunnel and floor escalators with a lifting height of 3 to 65 meters. Today the enterprise is capable of producing up to 15 escalators per year with different lifting heights, and Kryukov products are successfully operated in the metros of Kiev, Minsk administrative and shopping centers of Kiev, Lvov, Kharkov and Kremenchug.
