Just a re-post but this time you can see the packaging which already has some damage due to flood last 2011. The old video is now hidden.

The hum came from vinyl itself on this Filipino pressing which disappears around 19:00 mark and back when the next track starts playing. I didn't hear any hum on pressings from other countries uploaded by others.
