Easily make Chocolate Garnish / Flakes!
In this short video you will see how to make beautiful chocolate flakes for garnish.
We used here already tempered compound milk chocolate melted over double boilers (the compound chocolate is easier than real/pure chocolate which contents vegetable fats instead cocoa butter) and poured over marble table then spread with a spatula. As soon as it beguns to set slightly, scrape it with scraper or steel spatulas to make similar chocolate flakes. Its so easy to make frequently practice will give more perfection.
