Ingredients:
Cupcakes:
• 1 egg
• 120g flour
• 45g oil
• 120g milk
• 100g sugar
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• Red food coloring
Cream Cheese Frosting:
• Cream cheese
• Butter
• Powdered sugar
• Vanilla (optional)
Instructions:
1. Beat egg, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
2. Add milk, lemon juice, and red coloring, then mix.
3. Stir in oil and cocoa powder.
