INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
2 med onion sliced
salt as per taste
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
1 tsp caraway seeds
7-8 cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp green chili paste
750gms aprox meat
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup curd
15-20 aprox pcs of cashew
15-20 aprox pcs of almond
(grind cashew and almond with ½ cup water to paste)
1 tsp black pepper pwd
3-4 green chilies whole
Handful of chopped mint ,coriander leaves
