What is ASMR?
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. It is most often used to relax, sleep, or help with certain feelings such as anxiety or depression. However, ASMR is not necessarily a cure for some cases, please also consult your doctor or therapist if you are mentally struggling.
