Sorry everyone, I have mistake in counting the number at first. I can not fix it in the video, so I write the chart of the bottom bag here:

Chain 26
Mark the first and the 26th chain stitch
ROUND 1:
Turn the back bump of chaining
Chain 1 and in the back bump of marked stitch, make 2sc in same stitch
24sc in next 24sts
(3sc in same stitch)
24sc in next 24sts
1sc in last stitch
1slst to end Round 1
Total 54sc

ROUND 2:
Chain 1, (2sc in same stitch) x 2
24sc in next 24sts
(2sc in same stitch) x 3
24sc in next 24sts
(2sc in same stitch) x 1
1slst to end Round 2
Total 60sc

ROUND 3:
Chain 1, (1sc and 2sc in same stitch) x2
24sc in next 24sts
(1sc and 2sc in same stitch) x 3
24sc in next 24sts
(1sc and 2sc in same stitch) x 1
1slst to end Round 3
Total 66sc

The puff V stitch is multiples of 3, so we will have 22sc for this bag.
