DIY Lip Balm: Copycat Burt's Bees

If you have been looking for a natural and simple lip balm recipe, this one is for you. This is my copycat version of the original lip balm formula by Bert's Bees.

Recipe:
In a double boiler, melt 2 tablespoons of beeswax pellets with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of Shea butter. After those have melted, remove from heat and add three drops of vitamin E oil, 10 drops of peppermint essential oil and two drops of rosemary essential oil. Stir to combine well and pour into your lib balm tubes or pots. Allow to cool on the countertop for a few hours. This recipe makes between 5 and 7 tubes.
