Since 1946, a group of women graced weddings in Gwadar, Baluchistan. With five members, they blended tradition with innovation, led by Zainab, the pioneering lady singer of Gwadar. They kept their squad name "ZEHBUL'S BAND." Their performances, adorned with old instruments, resonated through the seven days of festivities, earning them a modest 2000, shared equally among all. However, as generations shifted, invitations waned, leading to the group's disbandment, with some leaving music altogether, while others lamented their departure from this cherished field.
