Thumb Up Or Down On Hook Punches??? PLUS KO Footage w/ Left Hook

Have you been given, or seen, different advice on how to throw a hook punch?
Some people punch thumb up, some thumb down, and some throw with their palm facing down.
I've been taught all 3 and today, with footage from my Bellator fight, I break down my thoughts on the subject.
