West Country Class 34028 Eddystone steams through Atherstone 25th Octiber 2025

On Saturday the 25th of October 2025, recently overhauled rebuilt West Country Class pacific number 34028 "Eddystone" halued the Railway Touring Company's "Varsity" railtour from Slough to Chester, with this being one of the locos first mainline tours in preservation. I managed to get to the station with plenty of time to spare and set up my action cameras (one attatched to my tripod and one in a new location overlooking the "cattle bridge" ) and have included some of the trains that passed while I was waiting for 34028. After Eddystone had passed through I waited a further half an hour to see 2 class 60s running a running in turn which I have also included to finish the video section before my now usual still images at the end of Eddystone and the class 60s.

Please let me know if the new camera angle is worth using for future videos, personally I think it's a great angle for trains heading North and hope to use it again on the next North bound special.
