How to make a Dory inspired Sugar Cookie!

Not a professional, I just love to bake and Best is my name.

Cookie was cut out by hand.

Tips used:
Ateco 2 (larger area)
Ateco 1 and Witon 1 (smaller details)


Colours:
Americolor Super Black, Lemon Yellow, Royal Blue (with a touch of black), and regal purple and electric pink for the eyes.

Icing Consistency: 15 seconds

To give texture to the fins, I waited until the icing had crusted over before piping again (10-15 minutes).

To avoid bleeding, wait 8 hours (or overnight) to prevent yellow and black from discolouring. Depending on your humidty, you may not have to wait that long.
