It's time to start a new engine build! This time it's a 100cc based on the Malossi RC-One flange mount engine cases, paired with a Stage6 R/T 100 FL crankshaft and cylinder kit to make a 100cc screamer.
Step one is getting the cases or carters bored so the crankshaft will fit. Stage6 has a different setup than most cranks that I've used, and it changes the cutting process a little.
