How to make chicken and chorizo pasta. This creamy pasta dish gains most of its big flavour from chorizo it colours the creamy pasta sauce and infuses it with its garlicky paprika juices. it's quick to make by the time the pasta has cooked the chicken and sauce will be cooked.
Ingredients
300g tagliatelle/papperdelle although, you can use penne
-100g chorizo sausage
2 chicken breasts cut into bitesize pieces
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
150ml double cream
2 - 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
small bunch of chopped parsley
