0:12 — Detach the lowest pipe of the cooling system and drain the coolant into a prepared container.
0:23 — If there's a little dirt in the pipes and radiator, pour distilled water into the cooling system. Check your vehicle manual for the required volume.
1:00 — When the system is flushed, make sure you've completely drained the distilled water. Fill the system with new coolant. The required amount is specified in your vehicle manual.
