-Saul and the people were reacting to was the anointing, not skill.
Jesus without the Christ is Jesus without the anointing, because “Christ” means the Anointed One.
-A skill without anointing will suffocate the calling of any servant.
-The anointing is activated by the Holy Spirit and enables a person to do what ordinary strength cannot do. It sets you apart for divine assignment.

-When Samuel anointed David, the Spirit of the Lord came upon him from that day forward (1 Samuel 16:13). His life shifted instantly.
-David was anointed before he was recognized and before he fought Goliath. - The anointing prepared him for battles he had not yet seen.
-Goliath met David after he was anointed, meaning the battle was already decided Goliath was doomed from the beginning.

The anointing and what it does.

-The anointing sets you apart to operate at a level beyond your age and experience.
-No one remains ordinary after anointing; you change spiritually.

The anointing authorizes your assignment in heaven and on earth.
It makes your prayers, your worship, and your preaching official.
-It replaces human strength with God’s unlimited strength and empowers you to continue even when others grow tired.
-It multiplies and amplifies where you cannot reach, breaks limitations, and destroys yokes.
-The power of prayer is in the results, not in the words.
-The devil is not afraid of the vocabulary you use he fears the results produced by an anointed prayer life.
-Anointing is a spiritual lubricant; it makes the journey smooth.
-It is spiritually illegal to operate without anointing, because the anointing is the divine authorization for your assignment. Without it, the question becomes, “By what power are you doing this?” The anointing gives you legal authority in the spirit realm.
-David’s victory over Goliath was not because of skill but because of anointing. - The anointing causes people who once ignored you to suddenly notice and inquire about you. It guarantees victory beyond human effort.

Declarations
-You shall be anointed.
The same anointing that empowered David empowers us today.
Every giant spiritual, emotional, generational, financial must fall.
We are not facing giants with natural strength but with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
-When the anointed rise, giants are guaranteed to fall.
We are going to kill the giants. Let the anointing break the yoke.
God is here to lift up the anointed ones.
