My recommendation for arm day training:
Close Grip Incline Bench (biggest range of motion, least assistance from the pecs)
Chin Up (elbows tucked in)
Long Rope Pressdowns
Supinated Curl
Extension of Choice
Pronated Curl of Choice
Add in your floater exercises (abs,calves,neck etc) as desired, they can be super set with anything on the template
