If you bored and have a spare 25 mins, and don't mind fast moving footage that will give you a headache. and some daft photos of me. i rode 52 miles that day, my actual route was Stanley to Sunderland .then returned but continued to consett then returned to Stanley. Oh there where no pedestrians or dogs hurt in this video and all were given plenty of warning of my approach with my bell, its only courtesy, last thing i want is to run someone pooch over or startle anyone
