Ingredients:
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Peanut 2-3 tbsp
Cashew 2-3 tsp
Saute well
Green chilli chopped 2-3
Curry leaves few
Saute well
Turmeric pow 1/2 tsp
Add Vermicelli 1 cup
Salt as needed
Mix well
Roast 2-3 min Low flame
Turn off flame
Store it in air tight container
Preperation :
Add vermicelli 2-3 tbsp in a bowl
Add hot boiling water 3-4 tbsp
Cover tight lid
Leave it for 10-12 min
Instant vermicelli Upma ready 👍
