In this episode, we team up with our travel friends—driving the same trusty Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ Troop Carrier as us—for an unforgettable adventure through Botswana’s Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. Expect remote driving, surreal landscapes, and wild camping under endless skies.
We also explore Nxai Pan National Park during the peak of the dry season. With water being scarce, wildlife flocks to the park’s only waterhole. Springboks, buffaloes, elephants… they all show up, and we’re lucky enough to witness the action.
But it’s not just the animals feeling the heat—temperatures are soaring, and both we and our vehicles are pushed to the limit.
