At 12:00:00 on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 the City of Tulsa conducted a weekly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens which consisted of about a 1 minute and 10 second Alert.

Since there’s still plenty of undocumented 4004s in Tulsa I decided to head here after Joplin’s test. I was expecting this one to be dual tone but clearly is not, but still analog so it was still pretty cool
