The city is continuing to clean up after a historic storm left the GTA with up to 60 cm of snow. Mayor Chow said the city is prioritizing certain areas and says it will take some time to fully remove the snow. An opening date of Feb. 8 has been announced for the long-awaited and delayed Eglinton LRT. Allison Hurst asks Torontonians if they think it will open.
