The Red Lake district has a very prolific history with over 30 million ounces of gold pulled out of the ground over the region's history; even more significant is the mined gold is also very high grade.
The Core Shack is where every core that's drilled from underground at the Madsen Mine comes in for processing, where the engineers interpret the core and then select which intervals of high grade that they want to sample and get assays back for.
