Heyyy guys... this video took longer than usual to edit cause I tried different editing techniques I haven't tried before. I'm sure you'll notice it's a bit different from my other videos...sorry it took so long😖. As I'm uploading this, I'm not feeling too well. I literally have the worst cold known to man, the weather is getting cold and really dry so make sure you take care of yourselves💗. I noticed it too late but some of the captions might be a bit hard to see...hehe sorry guys

Here's the cookie recipe as promised🌚
INGREDIENTS
2 and a half cups of four
1 cup of butter
less than half a cup of sugar (so like a fourth of a cup, depending on how sweet you want it)
Any essence of hour choice ( I've used butterscotch and vanilla together and individually and it tastes great)

INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, add in your sugar, butter, essence and mix together with a whisk.
Mix until the butter is a bit pale( be careful not to overmix).
Once done, gather it all to the middle of your bowl using a spatula.
Add in a pinch of salt and sift in our flour.
Mix it just until it comes together then knead the dough on a flat surface for about 2 minutes.
Shape it into a log, wrap it in parchment paper or cling film and leave in your fridge for 30 minutes to become firm.
After 30 minutes, cut it into a cm thick circle...sprinkle a little sugar on top and bake for about 12-15 minutes in a 150 degree oven until it's nice and golden.
