Import your vector files into an embroidery digitizing software. There are many options available, such as Hatch, Wilcom, Embird, or PE-Design. Some of them offer free trials or tutorials that you can use to learn how to digitize fonts and letters¹².
Adjust the settings and parameters of your embroidery design. You can choose the stitch type, density, direction, underlay, pull compensation, and other factors that will affect the quality and appearance of your embroidery letters. You can also add effects like outlines, fills, or appliques.
Save your embroidery design as a stitch file. This is the format that your embroidery machine can read and execute. Different machines may require different file formats, such as PES, DST, EXP, or JEF. Make sure you save your design in the compatible format for your machine.
