Juice Fasting does NOT mean Fruit Juice !

Sorry but sugar water aka fruit juice is not juice fasting. They call it juice FEASTING because people love drinking fruit juice full of sugar. But its NOT true cleansing, fasting or detoxing. In fact, it can make many things worse. Don't get fooled by the fructose misinformation- the body CANNOT use fructose. The reason it goes right to the liver is because it has to be turned into glucose before the body can use it, and that requires energy from the liver that could be spending it's time doing better more useful things. Another myth is that fruit is just fructose. Fruit is in fact also half glucose and if you juice fruit, you throw away the fiber that helps control the speed at which sugar releases into the body. It is NOT advisable for diabetics or people with diabetes or hypoglycemia or sibo to drink fruit juice.
WHOLE FRUIT IS FINE. Just don't juice it!
