Crappie and Bluegill fishing, Stewarts Creek (Smyrna TN )

Another beautiful day of fishing Stewart Creek, Smyrna TN.
I stopped at a local bait shop - Big Charlies Bait Shop, to get some minnows, and as always they hooked me up! I really like this bait shop a lot. The people are always so friendly! willing to help and get you caught up on the latest fishing news with what fishing spots appear to be hitting at the moment. Also the live bait are always fresh and won't die on you a few minutes later after purchase.

My goal was to catch Crappie and Bluegill for the day. So the minnows for the crappie, and worms for the bluegill. I figured Stewart Creek was a good place to start which is a part of Percy Priest Lake. The crappie and bluegill should be coming in closer to shore right about now. Bank fishing can be so much fun.
