Do you want to be accountability buddies? During the month of January I will be posting daily videos showing my progress on the ONE goal I'm focusing on this month. Have you tried over and over to finally accomplish that goal or be successful in that New Year's resolution? Many people, including me, struggle once the novelty and excitement of setting a goal wears off. We come upon obstacles, stumble, and give up. Don't give up! Together we will meet here daily and discuss our progress, stumbling blocks, motivation, and hacks to finally move forward and get sh*t done. I'll show you my system for goal setting, tracking progress, daily habits, time management, and harnessing motivation or hacking lack there of. I find that accountability in sharing my daily progress is a game changer for me and it really give you the boost you need to overcome any lack of motivation, self control, or self discipline issues you may face. We can do it together! This year will be different! You will succeed and make progress in climbing any mountain ahead!
