This video shows how to calculate the percentage of surface area in neighbourhoods covered with buildings. Several GIS techniques are used. The Field Calculator will be used calculate areas of buildings and neighbourhoods. Joins and Spatial Joins will be used to calculate the percentage of building area per neighbourhood. The results are visualized in a map and a bar chart.
