INGREDIENTS LIST

Traditional Cornbread
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of yellow corn meal
2 tsps of baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of fresh corn kernels
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp oil for the pan

Topping
Honey and soft butter as you like

Jalapeño & Cheddar
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of yellow corn meal
2 tsps of baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
Cayenne pepper as you like it
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of fresh corn kernels
2 tbsps brown sugar
2 eggs
1 sliced seeded jalapeño pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese for the dough
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese for topping
1/2 tbsp oil for the pan
