Taken from Charmed, Angel and The X-Files off of WB affiliate WEWB-TV (channel 45) in Albany, NY. The station is now WCWN, an affiliate of The WB's successor The CW, and goes by "CW15" as per its cable name.
Happy Halloween! Uploading this for my Halloween video as the programs these ads were taped from are of Halloween-ish theme, Charmed being about witches and Angel being a spinoff of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Plus this era of the station doesn't have much content on YouTube so of course this was a find.
