Once again, affirming is more than enough to manifest, and I will always stand by that, I just want to ease the process for you because now it has become easier for me too. I have struggled with anxiety for over 10 years and even though I thought I had it under control, it was only when I really started implementing EFT tapping that I was able to release years of stress, tension and anxiety from my nervous system, which was subconsciously holding me back from other goals I have.
Things have been shifting beautifully in my life, and I want that for you.

Here are the tapping points:
1. Side of the Hand (Karate Chop)
2. Top of the head (center, crown)
3. Eyebrow
4. Side of the eye
5. Under the eye
6. Between the nose and upper lip
7. Chin (I tap where the dent is)
8. Collarbone (pasted: Starting from where your collarbones meet in the center (at the base of that U-shape), go down one inch and out one inch to either side to get to the Collarbone point. This Tapping point is found on both the left and right sides of the body.)
9. Under the armpit (1 hands width below the armpit)
