Have you ever noticed that cold hardy crops can survive the winter, but they don't real grow or thrive?
Join my son Grayson and I, as we use heating cable to add a little bit of ambient heat to the roots of our cold hardy crops. We're going to see if we can get 16 romaine seedlings, and 4 over-seeded rows of cold hardy greens, to not only survive the winter, BUT THRIVE! This gardening hack could be a game changer for home gardeners not looking to heat a whole greenhouse.
Special thanks to / migardener for the idea, back in December. the seedlings are ready for transplant, so let's try it out!
