Poor #sleep is a very common issue. One third of people in the UK suffers. In this video I identify some of the problems that come from not sleeping well. I then focus in on the impact that it can have on sports performance with a reference to the Stanford Basketball Study from 2011. After this, I mention some more general #benefits of good sleep, before finishing up with some thing you can do to get better sleep.
