Its been tough hunting but a cool morning and a new spot finds JC and Royle on elk right at first light. with a couple bugles the bull comes right into 25 yards for a straight frontal shot for Royle. Roy has killed several bulls with a frontal shot and looks to add another one to the list....but sometimes things dont always seem as they appear. When hunting wild animals with a bow there are always variables you cant always account for. Like how an animal will react to the shot. So you just have to live and learn and sometimes its just bad luck
