In 2000, the DC prison system or Lorton was permanently closed down, forcing thousands of DC prisoners to be transferred into the federal bureau presence. In this video, I will tell you what it was like from my perspective, what it was like when 400 DC blacks arrived in Leavenworth within a weeks time .
Also, i I talk about my experience at USP Lewisburg with the DC black prisoners.
