This is a full-ride scholarship covering tuition, admission fees, and a generous monthly stipend — but with very limited seats, making it highly competitive.

📝 How to Apply (Overview)

1️⃣ Identify a suitable Kansai University professor
2️⃣ Get preliminary approval of your research plan

4️⃣ Submit the complete application by email
5️⃣ University screening → recommendation to MEXT → final results
