Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you no bake coconut cookies or dulce de coco. A quick and easy dessert!
Here are the ingredients:
2 cups of sweetened coconut flakes (2 tazas de coco rallado dulce)
1 cup of water (1 taza de agua)
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar (1 1/2 taza de azucar morena)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (1/4 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla)
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (1/4 cucharadita gengibre molido)
1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter (1 1/2 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal)
