Blue Lagoon Village Hotel, Kos (Greece) Honest review.

I recently visited the Blue Lagoon Village Hotel on the island of Kos, that is part of Greece, but is located just off the coast of Turkey.

This is a pretty intensive review of the complex, and I really tried to show as much as I possibly could of the experience that myself, wife and 10 year old daughter had.

To sum the Hotel up; Very clean and in an exceptional condition. The staff are very good, if a little too quick to clear plates from the tables. The beer is just fizzy water, and there is plenty of it. The entertainment is fantastic, and relentless from the amazing entertainment team. The big let down is the cold, often over cooked and rather drab looking food. The best food was the pizza, that tbh was really aimed at the kids. It was made fresh Infront of you and that meant it was nice and hot and tasty too.

Over all, we did have an amazing holiday at the Blue Lagoon Village, but because the food was just so poor, we wouldn't bother to go back. especially as our daughter is seemingly at the upper limit to what the entertainment is aimed at. 3 to 12 ish I would say.

A real shame, as the hotel its self is amazing, so much space, and every one can find some where they like to hang out for the day and evening.

Would I recommend it? Well, yes... As long as you don't like food, and you want happy kids for a week, it will be a great place for you and your family.
