Jason joined us in June this year, and his safari was nothing short of extraordinary. Over 19 unforgettable days in Zambia, he immersed himself in the true essence of hunting in Africa—hard work, patience, dedication, and the privilege of pursuing some of the continent’s most iconic species.

From the moment he arrived in camp, settled in, and checked his rifle at the shooting range, the excitement was already building. His adventure began with a Hippo hunt, followed by the start of an intense and focused dangerous game hunt for leopard. In between long hours of tracking and preparing, Jason also took a sable and a impala.

On day five, after days of persistence and teamwork, he finally had the opportunity to take a shot at a leopard—and he succeeded. Hunting a leopard is one of the greatest accomplishments in African hunting, a moment that belongs to the entire team. The respect for such a powerful, elusive predator is immense, and the experience is filled with gratitude, emotion, and honour. It is a privilege to pursue dangerous game of this calibre, and even more so to do so successfully.
