最近去上了一個MBTI 的職涯講座，主題剛好就在聊 J 人跟 P 人在職場、找工作、合作時到底差在哪裡。MBTI 真的很有趣，也很適合當認識一個人的開場：「欸你是 J 還是 P？」但很多人會不小心被 MBTI 框住，其實 MBTI 就是一個參考，幫你多認識一點自己。它不是你的框架，也不是你的標籤。

I recently attended an MBTI career seminar, and the topic was all about the differences between 'J' types and 'P' types, specifically how they operate at work, approach job hunting, and collaborate. MBTI is fun, and it’s a great way to start getting to know someone, like, 'Hey, are you a J or a P?' But we have to be careful not to get boxed in by it. MBTI is just a reference, it helps you understand yourself a little better. It shouldn't be your framework, and it definitely shouldn't be your label.
