RDC Samuel Musiho received information about a fraudulent act concerning the PDM SACCO. The PDM SACCO Secretary allegedly coerced the Chairperson and Treasurer into providing their phones and PIN numbers. This allowed the Secretary unauthorized access to the SACCO account, leading to the withdrawal of funds.
The Secretary opened a case against the Chairperson and Treasurer, pressuring them to comply with his demands.
After the situation was reported, RDC Samuel Musiho contacted the PDM secretariat. They managed to recover the stolen funds, which were returned to the rightful beneficiaries.
Despite the resolution, seven individuals did not receive their money.
RDC Musiho advised SACCO leaders to ensure that members receive their funds as arranged.
