This panel discussion is the opening session of the “Gaining a Digital Edge: Journalists, Watchdogs and Freedom of Expression 2.0” regional training and networking conference, co-organized by the CEU School of Public Policy’s Center for Media, Data and Society at Central European University, OSCE Mission to Serbia, and the Share Foundation (Serbia). The three-day conference is sponsored by European Commission under the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom pilot program framework; the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media and the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
