Railfanning at one of the busiest Subway stations in the heart of New York City. Times Square-42nd Street/42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal is located on 42nd Street between Broadway/7th Avenue and 8th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. This station serves the A,C and E trains at 42nd Street-Port Authority and 1,2,3,7,S,N,Q,R and W trains at Times Square-42nd Street. The C and W trains does not operate overnight and W trains don’t serve on weekends. S trains don’t operate overnight
The Times Square-42nd Street station connects to a passageway leading to the 42nd Street Shuttle and heading north to the B/D/F/M trains at 42nd Street-Bryant Park/5th Avenue 7 train station. This station serves millions of commuters in and out during Rush Hour and off hours. It is also located right in the Middle of Midtown on the West Side just one block away from Bryant Park and in the Broadway Theatre District
