Hello my pretties. Hope everyone is having a great day! In this video I have Collabed with the amazing Chyna B from Chyna B sweets. Chyna is going to make her birthday cake on her channel so definitely make sure you head on over there and check it out. I am going to re-create the first cake I have ever made about 10 years ago. I’ve shared that story a few times before but if you’re new to the channel here it goes. For my 21st birthday, I decided to make my own cake with a friend of mine. I knew I liked the color purple and the show sex and the city so I decided to combine both of them to create an epic 21st birthday cake. I had high hopes for this cake however it did not turn out to be as nice as I would have wanted. It was a chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling which I definitely do not recommend you do under fondant, I bet two cakes one That was slightly smaller than the other and place them both on top of each other and cover the entire thing with one giant piece of purple find it. I didn’t know at the time that you needed to dowel your cake let alone have the first cake be sitting on a board I just was doing what I thought would make sense. Needless to say the cake did not make it the entire party it’s slid off and collapsed on one side. With 10+ years of experience now I have perfected my skills as much as I would like to so I thought it would be fun to re-create this cake the way it should have been done.I mustPlease feel free to ask me any questions in the comment section.
