Phylene Samuels, garde manger of Couples Swept Away in Negril delighted her audience with a fantastic display of fruit carving at the HEART College of Hospitality Services’ (HCHS) inaugural Culinary Arts and Gastronomy Symposium in Runaway Bay, St Ann. Samuels was assisted by Kemar Lee, cook, of Hedo II also in Negril, both journeyed to Runaway to participate in the event.
