「柳ヶ瀬ブルース」（やながせブルース）は、1966年4月1日に発売された美川憲一の3枚目のシングル。作詞・作曲者の宇佐英雄は岐阜市の歓楽街『柳ヶ瀬』で流しでこの曲を歌っていたが、彼が自費製作したフィルム・レコードを入手した日本クラウンのディレクター長田幸治が、デビュー当初は青春歌謡路線を歌っていた美川憲一について、「（美川に）青春歌謡路線は向いていない」と判断し、路線を転換させるために3枚目のシングル盤として歌わせたものであり、実際に美川が演歌・ムード歌謡路線に方向転換する転機になった曲である。作詞・作曲：宇佐英雄／編曲：小杉仁三。

"Yanagase Blues" was the third single by Mikawa Kenichi, released on April 1, 1966. Lyricist and composer Usa Hideo used to sing this song on the street in Yanagase, an entertainment district in Gifu city, but when Nippon Crown director Nagata Koji got hold of a film and record that Usa had produced at his own expense, he decided that Mikawa, who had been singing youth pop songs at the start of his debut, "was not suited to that style," and had him sing this as his third single to change direction, and this song actually became a turning point for Mikawa to change direction to enka and mood pop.
