The regulations provide clearer guidance to employers on their obligations to safeguard their workers from mental injury and recognise that psychosocial hazards can be just as harmful to workers' health and safety as physical hazards. Learn when employers need a Prevention Plan, what it must have in it, and some examples of what they might look like.
