This is a 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow for booty strength as well as stretches for hips and inner thighs. This yoga practice for butt strength is a combination of traditional yoga poses and pilates style exercises to target and beautifully shape our booty and legs. This yoga flow is a perfect combination of glutes yoga sculpt and feel good stretches for the flexibility of your inner thighs and hips. 30 minutes will make you feel a strong burn and enjoy a deep stretch. As a result, lean legs, strong booty and improved flexibility.

We will begin with a quick targeted lower body warm up. Followed by glutes strengthening exercises and standing yoga poses to feel strength and stability through our legs. We will combine it with hip mobility and stretches for inner thigh flexibility.

It is a low impact and feel good yoga booty workout. Add this 30 minute routine into your regular practice and you will notice big difference in your backbends, middle splits, balancing poses and the overall strength of your body.

This vinyasa yoga flow can be a great express practice for the day or you can place this booty workout in the middle of your yoga practice: after your general full body warm up and before your flexibility flow and deeper stretches or backbend sequence.

Remember that our success lies in our daily routine. Our health depends on daily movement and physical exercise. Our mood and mental health can be changed and sustained with the help of simple moves and stretches. No equipment required but it is always good to have a set of blocks or books by the side. Choose to feel good.
